| Everest Homes will build on your lot from your floor plan or one of ours. Most plans can he modified to allow us to build you an energy efficient, healthy, environmentally friendly, sustainable home. Since we only build on pier and beam (we don't want your foundation to break), be informed that the substratum of North Texas varies from one location to the next. Bedrock at one location may only be a few feet down and may be forty feet down a few miles away this will affect the construction costs significantly. The house must also fit on the lot and account for local building lines and all easements. |
