| Everest Homes takes every precaution to insure that you new home is sustainable and environmentally correct. Wherever possible we employ recycled materials in the construction of your new home. All construction waste is sent to a recycle company (you will not find 2 X 4's and nails under your new sod). Your lot is graded to allow to collection of water run off and absorption back into the ground. Every Everest Home has surface water well in the back yard for irrigation purposes. Therefore the water you irrigate with on Monday you will irrigate with again on Thursday or Friday, conserving precious drinking water. All plants and sods used in landscaping are drought resistant and require less water. Around all trees and plants mulch is added to a depth of at least four inches (4"), to assist in water retention and a healthier landscape.
